However, we recognize that even with the right care and correct use occasionally even the best made products can experience problems.

Naturally, in order to make needed improvements I would like to know why you are not happy with your purchase, however, I don’t require that you give a reason nor do I ask that you return your purchase in order to receive a replacement or refund.

If you are already familiar with PayPal, there is no need to read further, simply make your purchase selection and proceed to checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from day of receipt and sent Priority Mail via United States Postal Service (USPS).   Please allow 2-4 additional days for postal delivery time.  Each FelineFisher is secured inside a 40″ x 3″ cardboard mailing tube for shipping. In other words, watch for a long skinny cardboard tube to appear at your door about 10 days after placing your order.

Due to shipping constraints we unable to accept International orders, with one exception―we are able to process and ship orders to Canada for the cost of additional postage. If you live in Canada you are most likely familiar with the added expense of shipping parcels between our communities. However, we do ask that you contact Red Cat Company directly for details prior to placing your order to allow us the opportunity to discuss your shipping preferences, costs and delivery times.
